Nevis Range, Fort William

The Nevis Range offers the highest skiing in scotland with good snow conditions running late into the season. Slopes for beginners, intermediate and advanced including the Back Corrie area.

For bikers the Nevis range offers the UK’s only World Cup downhill the Nevis Red – both with gondola access, plus the Witch’s Trails World Cup Cross-Country course in Leanachan forest, and the Skills Park.

The Nevis Range is situated in the mecca that is Fort William & Lochaber, the Outdoor Capital of the UK

Cairngorm, Aviemore

Cairngorm Mountain is the ski field serving Aviemore. CairnGorm Mountain has a reputation as one of the most beautiful – and sometimes challenging – places to ski in the UK, as well as boasting Scotland’s only funicular railway.

It’s also Scotland’s most popular resort and is located just a short distance from the main A9 arterial route which runs between Perth and Inverness.Whether you’re a skier or not, the ride on the train to the Ptarmigan Top Station is a unique experience with an opportunity to take in fantastic panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Glenshee

Glenshee Ski Centre offers the UK’s most extensive skiing and snowboarding facilities, with 20 lifts and 36 runs offer an amazing diversity of natural terrain for all standards of skiers and snowboarders. It is the closest ski field to Edinburgh, with less than 2hrs travel time each way (on a good day)…

Glencoe Mountain

Glencoe Mountain is the grand-daddy of the Scottish skiing resorts, being the country’s first commercial area to open with a ski lift in 1956. But this position at the head of the family of five resorts does not mean that Glencoe Mountain is in any way old-fangled.
